Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at OCallaClan Market! All our products are custom printed-on-demand, making each item unique.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@ocallaclanmarket.com.
- Non-defective Items: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size/color selected, or personal preference.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, has a printing error, or is otherwise faulty, we'll make it right! Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
- Wrong Item Sent: If you receive an incorrect product, let us know with 30 days-we'll send the right one at no extra cost.
- Lost or Undeliverable Packages: We'll work with you on a case-by-case basis.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
